1. Available only for new users (User should not have any existing relationship with Upstox).
2. You will earn extra commission, If your Customer do at least one trade through Upstox within the first 15 days of account opening.
3. You should not open multiple accounts from single Device/Mobile. If this happens then the lead of the concerned person will be rejected.
4. Customer has to use the Same mobile number from starting to end process
5. Customer phone number must be linked with Aadhaar Card
6. Customer should not enter any code in the referral section
7. If you do not meet all eligibility criteria you will not get any commission
8. No frauds, In case of such activity: Fake account opening, misleading communication, Incentivized leads or account opening
9. If we find that it is paying their customer to open an account. Your Banksathi account will be immediately freezed and all your earnings will be blocked.

1. Suggest Upstox Demat account to everyone in your network (friends/ customers).
2. Click on “Add Lead” Option and share the Demat Account link with interested customers.
3. Ask your customer to click on the link (shared by you) to open the Demat Account with Upstox.
4. Ask your customer to enter their Email Address, Mobile no and request for OTP then click on Sign up to process.
5. Provide customer’s PAN and Date of Birth.
6. Enter personal details and click on next to proceed.
7. Upload photo & signature on blank paper.
8. Select ‘Equity’ in your trading preference & enter Bank details.
9. E-Sign the form using Aadhaar Number.
10. Click on e-Sign Now and proceed with the OTP sent on your Aadhaar registered Mobile Number.
11. The application status will be submitted.
12. The customers UCC (Customer ID) will be created after 2 to 5 working days and will be ready to use.
13. Once your customer’s Upstox Demat account opening is done, you are eligible for the commission.
14. Your lead will be tracked within 15 working days from the date you submitted the lead
15. Your commission will be added after 7 working days of lead tracking

If you are not able to finish the account opening process due to any reason, then you have to complete the process using the same link, or else the lead would be rejected.

There could be multiple reasons
1. If anyone found creating multiple accounts using same/single devise he will be suspected as a fraud and his payout will be canceled from the authority.
2. If anyone found creating fake accounts, his payouts will be frozen
3. If anyone found using Banksathi name and demanding money from the customer in cash form, cheque or online his account will be suspended immediately, he will not get any payment
